PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Many years of judicial experience, with litigation before the majority of the Greek Courts, in civil and commercial law cases, especially in intellectual property and related matters. Long experience in legal advice on civil law, commercial law, intellectual property, negotiations, contracts, corporate policy, training of specialized personnel and other employees, etc. He has a long professional cooperation with GEA, Greece’s Collective Management Organisation for music performers and producers, having previously served as head of the legal department. He has also worked with major distribution companies, publishers, intellectual property rights holders, users of intellectual property works, etc. He has worked for particularly prominent law firms abroad (such as Ashurst and Granrut, now-Herald) and has partnerships with law firms in countries including the USA, France, Belgium, Germany and Italy. He is a member of the International Literary and Artistic Association (ALAI), with participation in numerous international and national conferences.
